Trisha is a co-founder and CEO of Bibbeo and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and long-term success. With a natural passion for numbers and problem-solving, she brings a strategic mindset to every aspect of the business, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and support Bibbeo’s evolving goals. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Trisha began her career at Wells Fargo before spending nearly 15 years with SkyWest Airlines at Denver International Airport. Her background in both finance and aviation has influenced her leadership approach—one grounded in operational excellence, strategic growth, and a commitment to high performance. Beyond her professional work, Trisha is an avid runner and hiker who also dedicates time to giving back. She has volunteered with organizations such as The Wild Animal Sanctuary and The Junior League of Denver, and regularly participates in charity races. Trisha is supported by her husband and daughter, who share her love for adventure and community service.

Miles Power holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii, with minors in Computer Science, Management, Chemistry, Marine Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Economics. He furthered his education by earning two MBAs in Decision Science and Computer Information Systems from St. John’s University, where he gained a cross-functional understanding of business practices, experiential learning, and a global perspective. The values-based approach of St. John’s University prepared him to operate with high ethical standards and a passion for principled leadership. After gaining valuable experience in management roles at Walgreens and receiving his Pharmacy Technician certificate, Miles transitioned to working as a 1099 contractor, spending several years immersing himself in the technology industry. With a strong foundation in retail management and technology, he founded his own company, driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring fairness and outstanding support for the technicians in the field. As Owner and President, Miles remains focused on his core mission: providing unparalleled service to clients while maintaining a supportive, fair environment for his team.

Dale Bradford joined Bibbeo as Chief Operating Officer in October 2024, bringing with him over 30 years of leadership and operational expertise. His career began with five years of service in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician, where he developed a strong foundation in technical precision, discipline, and mission-focused execution. Following his military service, Dale spent ten years with an independent armored car company in Nashville, TN—including four years as Vice President of Operations—before moving to Loomis. There, he spent 18 years leading implementation teams and was instrumental in the development and nationwide expansion of the SafePoint solution. At Bibbeo, Dale applies his deep industry knowledge to lead operational strategy and drive scalable, high-performance growth. His leadership is grounded in experience, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement across all facets of the organization. Outside of work, Dale has been married to his high school sweetheart, Jenny, for 32 years and is a proud father of four. He enjoys staying active by organizing youth and high school wrestling tournaments and cycling in his free time.

As the Warehouse Floor Manager at Bibbeo, Adrian oversees all daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that products are properly accounted for and move efficiently through each stage of processing and fulfillment. In addition to managing product flow, Adrian supervises all warehouse employees, making sure they have the resources and support needed to complete their daily responsibilities effectively. Before joining Bibbeo, Adrian attended Dodge City College, where he played football for two and a half years and earned an Associate of Science degree. After returning home to Denver, he began his professional career and joined Bibbeo as a temporary warehouse associate, assisting with initial inventory setup. Over the past four years, he has worked in every department within the warehouse, gaining hands-on experience with all core procedures and operations. His progression into the Warehouse Floor Manager role reflects his dedication to improving both warehouse processes and his own leadership skills. Outside of work, Adrian enjoys playing golf, traveling, trying new experiences, and staying active in sports in any capacity. These activities help him maintain a balanced and grounded lifestyle both personally and professionally.

Cheri Chism Blanchard brings over 19 years of diverse experience in accounting, human resources, and operations to her role at Bibbeo. Her well-rounded background and attention to detail make her a vital asset in supporting both internal teams and external partners with structure and efficiency. Before joining Bibbeo in September 2023, Cheri spent five years in accounting at an oilfield service company, followed by four years managing HR and benefits at a shipyard. She then dedicated a decade to an oilfield distribution company, where she specialized in accounting and purchasing. Cheri began her journey at Bibbeo as a Support Specialist, quickly making a cross-departmental impact that led to her promotion to Market Support Manager in February 2025. In this role, she continues to deliver proactive communication, dependable support, and operational consistency across the organization. Outside of work, Cheri enjoys camping and spending time at home with her family and four beloved dogs—including three Great Danes. She married her soulmate in 2022 and is a proud mother to her teenage son.

Larissa Dickson brings nearly two years of experience at Bibbeo, along with a strong background in team leadership and management. As Manager of the Business Development Department, she is focused on forging lasting partnerships and driving meaningful growth for the company. Her passion lies in creating strong client relationships and supporting strategic expansion that aligns with Bibbeo’s values. Larissa was drawn to Bibbeo’s family-oriented culture and is deeply committed to fostering collaboration, integrity, and exceptional client service. Her leadership style reflects a balance of strategic thinking and a people-first approach, making her a key contributor to the company’s continued success. Outside the office, Larissa is a proud mom of three boys. She enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found camping, hiking, or hunting with her family.

Julia Hastings serves as the Partner Relations Manager at Bibbeo, where she brings a passionate and detail-oriented approach to building and nurturing strong relationships. Raised in Littleton, Colorado, Julia is a proud mom to a 10-year-old daughter, whose competitive soccer schedule keeps her life both exciting and full. With a husband who frequently travels for work, she has become an expert multitasker, balancing work, parenting, and everything in between. With over 30 years of experience—15 years in the music industry and another 15 years at Southwest Airlines—Julia understands what it takes to operate at a high level while wearing many hats. A natural go-getter, she balanced multiple jobs growing up, and that same drive and determination continue to fuel her professional success. Julia graduated with honors from the University of Northern Colorado, and furthered her studies at Ramapo College and the University of the West Indies. She joined Bibbeo in 2024, drawn by her strong belief in the power of enthusiasm, innovation, and a genuine commitment to a company’s mission and future success.

Mark Hayden attended the prestigious Bellarmine College Preparatory (2001–2005) before studying Film & Television at Chapman University in 2005-2009. After returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, Mark pivoted from media to a career in field operations management, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, process execution, and operational excellence. In 2016, he shifted to the logistics and transportation sector and quickly grew passionate about the industry's complexity and global impact, recognizing the vital role logistics plays in driving commerce and connecting businesses worldwide. Mark joined the Bibbeo family in 2025 and immediately aligned with the culture, values, and mission. Tasked with strengthening and scaling the Shipping Department, he focused on building disciplined infrastructure, fostering collaboration, and introducing process improvements designed to enhance quality, consistency, and service reliability. Mark takes pride in being part of a company dedicated to solving challenges and creating meaningful outcomes for partners across North America. Outside of work, Mark resides in the beautiful state of Colorado with his wife, where they enjoy rural living and maintain their own small homestead. Whether tending to animals or tackling the latest weekend project, Mark embraces hands-on work, self-reliance, and the simple satisfaction of building something that lasts.

Aaron Hurst has been with the company since its early days, starting as a field technician just months after it was founded. Over the next six years, he successfully grew his franchise territory into the largest geographic region in the United States—a testament to his dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality. Today, Aaron serves as Warehouse Manager, overseeing operations in our 118,000 sq. ft. facility. He played a key role in building our warehouse team from the ground up, having worked in every role himself and implementing systems that support thousands of refurbishments each year. His focus is on maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement through smart, scalable solutions. Known for his attention to detail and passion for efficiency, Aaron leads with a clear vision: to create reliable, high-performing operations where quality comes first. Whether streamlining workflows or solving complex logistical challenges, he ensures that every aspect of our warehouse reflects the standards our customers rely on.

As Bibbeo’s Implementation Manager, John Nicosia leads with a people-first philosophy—cultivating a team culture built on trust, respect, and continuous growth. This approach empowers his teams to collaboratively deliver secure, reliable smart safe solutions that exceed client expectations. Recognized as Bibbeo’s 2024 Manager of the Year, John is known for fostering strong collaboration, championing team success, and creating an environment where innovation thrives. His leadership style blends high performance with a spirit of camaraderie, guided by his personal motto: “Work hard, play hard.” Outside of work, John enjoys quality time with his family and fully embraces the vibrant lifestyle of southeast Louisiana—from its community spirit to its rich outdoor culture.

As Field Operations Manager at Bibbeo, Dustin Pell oversees operations across the United States and Canada, bringing a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every project. His career has been shaped by a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of field operations, making him a key contributor to Bibbeo’s success in delivering consistent, high-quality service across its markets. Dustin's professional foundation was built in his family's automotive business, where he worked as a production manager, auto body technician, and auto mechanic. These roles helped him develop strong technical skills, operational discipline, and project management expertise—all of which serve him well in his current role. In 2020, Dustin relocated to Denver to support his wife during her academic journey, a move that ultimately led him to Bibbeo. Since joining the team, he has continued to grow within the organization, aligning his hands-on experience with strategic goals to improve operational efficiency and support field teams across North America. Dustin takes great pride in leading teams, solving challenges, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively. His commitment to excellence and proactive leadership style help drive success across every market he manages. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife. These interests keep him grounded and motivated—both in the field and beyond.

Mark Carroll serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Bibbeo, where he leads data empowerment strategies and drives the development of advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. With a strong focus on leveraging data to inform strategy, Mark plays a crucial role in shaping the company's approach to achieving operational excellence. Before joining Bibbeo, Mark held key leadership positions, including Senior Director of Data and Technology at KIPP Colorado and Executive Director of Strategy, Analytics, and Assessment at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). In addition to his leadership roles, Mark taught graduate-level courses in research methods, statistics, and leadership as an adjunct faculty member at UNLV, further contributing to his expertise in data science and complex systems. Mark holds a PhD in Interaction and Media Sciences, specializing in Data Science and Complex Systems. Now based in Denver, he enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Colorado with his family.

Stofer Smith serves as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Bibbeo, bringing decades of hands-on experience in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions. After earning a BA in Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Hilo, Stofer immediately embarked on a career defined by forward-thinking development and problem-solving. Stofer's diverse background includes designing a Flight Information Display System (FIDS) in the Netherlands, helping launch an Internet Service Provider in Keaau, Hawaii, and developing a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) that supported scalable education initiatives. Stofer also created a sophisticated Field Management Application aimed at streamlining operational workflows and enhancing team efficiency. At Bibbeo, Stofer applies this extensive technical expertise to lead the integration of digital tools and infrastructure, ensuring that both the company and its clients can leverage technology to drive efficiency, growth, and long-term success—without the burden of managing the technical complexity.
