The results of the survey show that our staff values the flexible work arrangements, supportive and inclusive culture, and open communication we aim to provide at Bibbeo. For comparison, 50% of workers in the United States report they are actively looking for a new job according the 2025 Gallup State of Global Workforce Report, so it makes us happy to know such a large proportion of our employees are happy with their jobs at Bibbeo!
Gallup also reports that only 32% of U.S. employees feel fully engaged at work, so seeing the high numbers of Bibbeo employees who feel supported, encouraged and enabled to work to their full potential is thrilling.
We believe a happy workforce reduces employee turnover. And we also believe this contributes strongly to Bibbeo’s productivity, efficiency, and our ability to serve our partners well in all we do. The phrase goes “Be it ever so humble, there’s no place like home” but we at Bibbeo would like to take a moment to point out the not humble elements of the our new home — our new Bibbeo warehouse space where we moved in August 2025!
Our new facility located at 3700 N. Windsor Dr, Unit 200, Aurora, Colorado 80011 is not only larger, but more advanced than the warehouse we called home for so many years. The extra space is nice to have for us to spread out in, but here are few ways this is important for Bibbeo’s partners:
At 120,000 square feet, our new space is 84,000 square feet bigger than our old space! And, if that’s not enough, we have the ability to expand to over 300,000 square feet as we continue to grow. This should allow us to stay here for quite some time. Plus, with all the added space, we now have four times the space for repairs to large units such as kiosks and recyclers. This expands our capability to get units back up and running efficiently, improving our ability to get them back out in the field for our partners.
With 5,000 square feet of office space in the facility. We now have room for meetings, visitors, and more staff to be centrally available which makes for smoother operations throughout our organization.
The new Bibbeo warehouse now has almost 80,000 square feet just dedicated to storage, with flexible racking options to accommodate a wide range of unit sizes. This space will allow us to store our partners’ units as they expand to make keeping consistency in product offerings easier.
We’re also building a state-of-the-art industrial paint booth in the new Bibbeo warehouse, which will increase capacity and enable the use of previously unavailable premium coatings. Bibbeo’s continued dedication to adopting improved technology means better offerings for our partners. As you move forward with new coatings to make your units better, we can be right by your side each step of the way.
At Bibbeo, we are committed to serving our partners. It is the driving force behind all our decisions, including a huge undertaking like moving warehouses. What our partners plan, we work to support. As our Warehouse Manager, Aaron Hurst, says “The new space is fantastic, but it’s the ability to better serve our partner needs that really gets us excited.”
