Bibbeo’s techs are directed and assigned locally by our Market Owners. All Market Owners get training at Bibbeo twice a year, and pass this along to their techs. Techs are vetted by Market Owners to know the systems we are installing and provided with any specialized tools or equipment they need to do the job right. We NEVER outsource installations to WorkMarket or other job sites. Your project security is our priority, and we would never put your job in the hands of someone we don’t know and trust.

Bibbeo’s proprietary software, Jobspark, allows us to schedule techs to specific appointments, and to see in real time what is happening with their job. Techs document site, installation, etc with photos, reviewed by Bibbeo Tech Support and this is transparently provided to clients so that everyone is equally aware of what is happening. Documentation is kept forever to make sure there is no confusion as to what was installed, deinstalled, condition, etc…
